No matter what you say or do, some people will not change unless they harbour the will or desire or determination to change.
You just have to move on with those who are on board at a particular point in time.
You have to also understand that not everybody will participate in every programme or contribute at a particular point in time because of one reason or the other. Some people too will not participate or contribute at all even if they have the time or the resources.
Some too will go by the ‘Bystander Effect'(because others will do it or contribute, i won’t be part).
You just have to go with the flow.
There is beauty in diversity.
That is life.
That is the way it is.
