Many a time, the deaf, the blind, the physically challenged, i.e. armless or legless people, etc. are invited to meetings, programmes, fashion shows, etc. But no one invites a mad or a mentally challenged person to any gathering where there are sane people.
Society views mentally challenged people as sub-humans or ‘animals’ hence their detachment from ‘normal’ society.
The brain boggles the mind so once your brain is mulfunctioning……(your guess is as good as mine).
No wonder those in charge of the health system are not paying much attention to the mentally challenged in our society.
But interestingly, some sane men sleep(have sex) with some mad women. It is no wonder that a rising(erect) penis has no conscience.
